I love meeting new people and learning about different cultures. Prefer to be in nature surrounded by animals. I’m like social events but I can also enjoy the quietness of a place and be on my own.
Description

In 2024 I quit my job and started traveling, first in Asia and then in Australia for a year. Worked there for 6,5 months and traveled the rest of the year. Currently in Latin America. Started in Mexico and wanting to make my way down, but no set plan and or goals. Just want to enjoy the beauty of this world.
I would describe myself as easygoing, open minded and enthusiastic. My whole life I have been a great fan of animals. Been practicing horse riding since I was 7 years old (jumping, dressage, riding outdoors and training young horses). Had about 4 different volunteer jobs, one where I learned a bit more about carpentry and gardening but still very beginner I have to say ;-) But I’m definitely open to learning new skills!

I couldn't have asked for a better place to come and work. Ended up staying longer than planned and honestly, if it wasn't for my visa, I'd still be there! Max was so amazing that I ended up giving her full time work for as long as she wanted!
I would have kept her here for years as my full time worker if she didn’t have to leave Australia.

This was my first workaway and to be honest, I think this place set the bar quite high for my upcoming stays 😜.
Felt really welcomed by Darrel and his team! The rooms for volunteers are very nice, comfortable beds, and showers etc. are really nice (partly outside so imagine showering while seeing and hearing nature around you!).
