I grew up on a farm, which gave me a strong work ethic and a love for nature and animals. I’m an agricultural engineer by training, and I’ve worked in the U.S. before becoming a craft brewer 🍺.

I’m French, motivated, and always ready to stay active and learn new skills. I enjoy helping out with farming, gardening, building, or any kind of hands-on project. I love meeting new people, sharing experiences, and creating good vibes, ideally around a nice meal or a homemade beer!
