I'm a newly trained yoga/somatic movement teacher, having recently completed a 200 hour Embodied Flow teacher training.
When I lived in London, I used to dog/house sit on a regular basis - I am responsible and good with animals. I love horses and know the basics of horse care, this is actually something I'm really keen on learning more about.
Throughout my life I've helped out in gardens and outdoor projects, so happy to learn about anything you throw my way!
I'm also a good cook (or so my friends tell me ;) )
In my professional life I've mostly worked in admin/organisation/coordination roles as well as social media. I come from an arts and culture background, having worked in theatre, music and stand up comedy as a producer and a stage manager, so I'm good at organising events!
I also have a bunch of hospitality experience from working in restaurants and bars when I was younger.
