Description
Hello! My name is Mari, I am 58 years old and I have been living in Germany for 39 years (born in Syria). I raised my three children with a lot of love and dedication, and they have grown up to be good and friendly people :)
This winter, I am looking for an experience abroad to improve my foreign language skills (English or Spanish), discover a new culture and meet inspiring people.
I am respectful, reliable and always motivated to help. I enjoy learning new languages and meeting new people, especially in authentic and natural environments where people are warm, friendly and open-minded.
In my everyday life, I enjoy my work, spend time with friends and read a lot... I am a quick learner! Regarding my job in Germany, I can do some of it remotely, so I need a stable internet connection. At the same time, I am able to manage my time, so that I can help in the host's Project.
I am open to different types of experiences: supporting families, helping to set up ecological or creative projects. My main goal is to improve my foreign language skills (English &Spanish) and in return support others.
It makes me happy when I can support others in their projects and make them happy ;)
A Clear, fair, friendly and open communication is very important to me.
It is also important to me that I can rest well in the evenings/at night.

I have experience taking care of children and family, and I can help in the garden (watering, weeding, planting, cooking for other helpers). I follow instructions carefully, and I’m reliable.

I would also like to learn Spanish (I'm a beginner) and in return teach others German or Arabic.
