Hello!
I was born in Barcelona, Spain. I have a daughter and I work as a teacher in Barcelona.
I'm a calm person who love staying with friends and family and specially stay at the mountain. I like hiking and pass time in my little van.
I consider my self a clean person, polite, organised. I don't drink alcohol neither smoke and I like a healthy style of life.
I'm quite handy and I can do a lot of things, works with wood, gardening, cooking, painting, maintenance,...

The house is very warm and comfortable, located in a quiet and safe place area, very near to Santa Cruz's downtown (5' walking). You can walk to the water easily and go to the wharf and see the lions seals.

The apartment is in a quite and safe place area in Alameda (45' from SF). You can walk to the water easily.
Not so much things to do on the neighbourhood and you always have the pinball museum to play for free 😊 or go to SF, Berkley or Oakland.
