Hi!
everybody just calls me luis. I'm a builder specialised in nature-based materials and sustainability. I started my journey on conventional construction sites, learned to be a bricklayer and also that i not longer want to build houses the way we do. I studied sustainable architecture and engeneering in Austria and found my way into building with earth, which is still the most fascinating to me. I'm also experienced in working with other natural materials like wood, hemp and straw.
Right now I finish my masters degree in ecological agriculture and work as a freelance earth-/clay-builder. Based in Witzenhausen (small town between Kassel and Göttingen right in the middle of Germany).
I enjoy nature a lot, the mountains over all, since I grew up living close to the alps. Im feeling happy when i find time to run, hike, do photography or visit exhibitions and read, but im honestly interested in many topics (f.e. farming, cooking, mushrooms, all kinds of social projects, rhetoric and communication, politics and system change).
...and i'm always curious talking to people, seeing new perspectives and connections and learn something new!
Btw i dont smoke but im happy to share a beer sometimes :)
