Hello everyone!
We are currently in between seasonal work, we are just finishing up our work as zipline guides on Vancouver Island, before heading into interior BC for winter work. We are a practical couple who has plenty of experience that will help you out. We are both very passionate about the environment, having both just finished a degree in Environmental Science and love nothing more than to talk about native birds and insects. I (Lucy) have professional experience in hospitality and cleaning, plus volunteering experience in a wildlife sanctuary. Jason is more of a handy man, good with odd jobs, garden maintenance and a fantastic cook. We both love animals and the outdoors, especially hiking and climbing and anything to do with the ocean. We are a responsible mature couple who would love to help out on your workaway's.
We've done a couple of workaway in New Zealand, that have both been fantastic we mainly helped with gardening, fruit picking, firewood collection and general outside maintenance. -

My hospitality jobs have included chalet host, waitress and cafe manager. I've also worked as a roastery assistant in a coffee roastery. And I am a qualified ski instructor.
Jason has also worked as a chalet host/ manager, a chef, parks maintenance and basic landscaper in a golf course and worked in IT. He is a qualified snowboard instructor. -
