Dear hosts,

my name is Tim and I am thrilled to get the opportunity to join the Workaway community! I am looking to spend some time abroad to gain new experiences. I deeply enjoy getting to know new cultures and look forward to exploring Ireland next. This will be my first time there and my first time as a workawayer as well

I am flexible, always friendly, and healthy so I don't mind manual labour. I aim to challenge myself to try new things and learn many new skills during my time abroad. I also want to meet new people and broaden my horizons. Moreover, I want to improve my language skills, and I can also teach you some German in return if you like.

In my free time, I usually play all sorts of games, especially with other people, watch movies or different series, listen to music, and read books. I am also always open to more recommendations!

I am studying to eventually become a teacher for English and social science, so I have no problem at all teaching the languages I know. German is my native language and I have been leaning English for about 15 years now. I have learned some French in school, but it has been around six years since then.

I am rather good at languages as I'm fluent in German and English and can switch between them without problems. I am also aiming to be a teacher, so I also feel confident in being a decent explainer and dealing with other people. I can also be quite creative. I have worked in a hostel before for a short time, so I do have some knowledge in that field. I also have some very basic knowledge about farming and dealing with animals.

But more importantly, I wish to explore new fields, learn new skills, and benefit and learn from other's people experiences to broaden my field of expertise and skills.
