Hi, I'm Lorenzo.

Since I was in my teens I have always dreamed of studying abroad or travelling to some countries driven by my fascination with some cultures.
Unfortunately I have had to give up on my dreams because of different reasons.
Fortunately now, those reasons are not holding me back anymore and I am ready and willing to quench my travel thirst.

I am a curious person with good memory, good logical skills and I am somewhat of a perfectionist. I tend to focus on the little details, because I think those are what mostly make the difference in life.

I consider myself a kind person with good ideals and I believe in unconditional well doing.
I treat everyone with the utmost respect and always try to never judge a book by its cover, while at the same time being pretty quick at understanding what type of people I am interacting with.
I like spending time by myself but I can enjoy good company. I don't appreciate social situations much, but I feel like I could change my mind about that with time.

In my free time I like working out to let the steam off, having long walks by myself or with some friends, reading, playing videogames, watching movies and spending time learning new stuff I find interesting.
I really enjoy music and I always try to listen to it. I am an avid listener of almost all kinds of music, depending on my mood and situations I am in.

I am willing and would like to travel abroad for months, learning new skills and meeting new people.

I am interested in learning any new language I stumble upon. I consider all languages beautiful and worth learning. I am able and willing to teach Italian, my mother tongue, but I am not sure I have the skills needed to be a great teacher.

I really like manual work and I feel like I have an aptitude for it, generally being really precise in things I do, manual or not.

I am a quick learner and I like challenges. I can be stubborn on things, not giving up on them until I gave them all I got.

I have worked managing a market with my family for over five years and have tried some metalworking in between the shop seasons, which I loved doing.
I also spent some time as a fisherman in a local harbor and enjoyed it.

My only Workaway experience, at the moment, involved Christmas tree harvesting, which was a perfect fit for me.
