Hi, my name is Line —pronounced leen.
I am Japanese Tunisian, but primarily grew up in the Middle East. I am a recent architecture graduate from the University of Toronto in Canada. Growing up, I traveled extensively with my family across Asia and Europe, but now I’m eager to go solo!
I have a strong interest in material reuse and sustainable practices, so I’m especially excited about opportunities to gain hands-on building experience in any form. I’d describe myself as open-minded, honest, and driven. I have a keen eye for detail, and I love tackling challenges to get things done. But above all, I appreciate the little joys in life and am always eager to learn from the people and places around me.
If you would like a peek into my interests: my sister and I have been recording an archive of our mundane on instagram: @thestudioghost. Feel free to access my architecture portfolio as well: https://linesatobouziri.webflow.io/

More details about your skills
I have a basic knowledge of woodworking and the hand/power tools involved. I have participated in a garage build + tend to make-shift furniture around my house using leftover wood.
I am quite design and tech oriented (proficiency in Adobe Suite, 3d modelling and coding softwares, 3d printing, photogrammetry, robotics). I also enjoy capturing moments, whether via sketching, photography or videography (camcorder for a nostalgic feel).
Additionally, I am quite adept at cooking, cleaning and sewing. Beyond architectural internships, I have retail experience + volunteer as a barista (even though I dont drink coffee ahaha).Age

What else ...
My roommates and I have fostered 8 pets in the last 3 years :)
I’m of small build, but I hope to pleasantly surprise you with my strength and vigor. I boulder/rock climb as a hobby, which keeps me active even during Canadian winters.
I grew up without a tv (only watching Studio Ghibli) so in the past few years, I have been made it a mission to catch up and culture myself with the classics. I am also quite a fan of card games and a pro at Dutch Blitz if I do say so myself. Some more information
