Description
Hi, my name is Lenka and I study physiotherapy. The main thing that brings me joy is sport. I did rhythmic gymnastics for 8 years and it will always have a special place in my heart. After going to uni to a different city, I started going on contemporary dance open classes and yoga classes. Apart from that I enjoy doing home workouts, stretching, going on hikes and cycling with my family or friends, skiing, ice skating. Other than sport I like reading, baking and cooking, playing board games, making beaded bracelets, creating birthday cards for my family and basically any type of DIY.
I would describe myself as an introvert so it usually takes me some time to build connections with other people, however, I always try to be open minded and I believe good communication and respect for one another is key. I am patient, reliable and a bit of a perfectionist. -

More details about your skills
For the past two years I have been training kids aged 4 to 6 in a local Sokol and it has been great. I really enjoy working with them, learning new things from them and showing them how much joy can sport bring.
When it comes to house chores I can help with cooking or baking, cleaning and organizing things. Last summer I spent a month on a Workaway project in Belgium where we did some gardening work like weeding, preparing compost, taking care of a herb garden, we also painted a few walls and did a little ceiling art-pieces in one of the rooms.
One of the reasons I signed up for Workaway was to experience and learn new things to broaden my horizons and enrich my skill set. -
