  Description

  We are in the process of creating a place where the plant, the animal, the human, and others (in the process of evolution) coexist...
  We are Yohan, Maya (my wife) and her daughters (Noïa and Thia)
  
  Since 2014, in the middle of the semi-wild countryside, the largest surface in transformation is intended for an edible orchard-forest, with the widest possible variety of fruits, of permaculture inspiration, for an agricultural income and food self-sufficiency. A fruit nursery (bare-rooted fruit and honey trees and shrubs in winter , and summer plants in spring (tomato...) has been the main source of income since 2016. Maya starts medicinal plants production and transformation.
  
  The property begins in the hamlet, descends into a valley and climbs up on a small plateau which descends towards the forest of chestnut, oak and beech trees, all dotted with springs and streams. You can see mostly forest all around.
  It is on the foothills of the Massif Central (green and hilly), a stone's throw from the Causse (drier and rockier, also picturesque) with medieval towns classified as the most beautiful villages in France all around...
  We are interested in permaculture, biodynamics, mycelia, energetic dynamizations (water, earth, ...)
  
  The activities are in the garden, in the nursery, in the orchards, and sometimes in the buildings: sheds, shelters, cabins... The work is done with ecological, natural or recycled materials (wood, lime-chips, earth-straw , pallets, etc.).
  The construction of a wood and straw house is planned... But not enough time for that yet.
  
  We don't live on the farm yet, the house is under construction... So I (Yohan) am here during the day only, and Maya sometimes is here. We rent a house 15 minutes away.
  So you will have to be autonomous for the evening.
  
  Accommodation in a caravan (heated in winter), with electricity, mains water nearby, spring water for drinking. Tent possible depending on the period...
  Internet via 4G-wifi modem.
  Dry toilet.
  In the stone house (35m²), there is a shower and the kitchen in common.
  
  There are quite a number of books here, I can teach or give insight into many alternative ways of eating, healing, building, producing energy, cultivating land and plants (ecology, agronomy…); also about spirituality, communication...
  I have a Djembe, a Hang, two ravvast and a Clarinet that want to be played...

  Nous sommes en cours de création d'un lieu où cohabitent, le végétal, l'animal, l'humain, et autres (en cours d'évolution)...
  Nous c'est Yohan, Maya (ma femme) et ses filles (Noïa et Thia)
  
  Depuis 2014, en pleine campagne semi-sauvage, la plus grande surface en transformation est destinée à un verger-forêt comestible, avec la plus grande variété de fruits possible, d'inspiration permacole, pour un revenu agricole et l'autonomie alimentaire. Une pépinière fruitière (arbres et arbustes fruitiers et mellifères en racines nues en hiver , et plants d'été au printemps ( tomate...) est la principale source de revenus depuis 2016. Maya commence la production et la transformation de plantes médicinales.
  
  La propriété commence au hameau, pour descendre dans une vallée et remonter sur un petit plateau qui descend vers la forêt de châtaigniers, chênes et hêtres, le tout parsemé de sources et de ruisseaux. On peut voir principalement de la forêt tout autour.
  C'est sur le piémont du Massif Central (verdoyant et vallonné ), à deux sauts du Causse (plus sec et caillouteux, pittoresque aussi) avec des cités médiévales classées plus beaux villages de France un peu partout autour...
  Nous sommes intéressés par la permaculture, la biodynamie, les mycéliums, les dynamisations énergétiques (eau, terre, ...)
  
  Les activités sont au jardin, dans la pépinière, aux vergers, et aux constructions : hangars, abris, cabanes... Les travaux se font avec des matériaux écologiques, naturels ou de récupération (bois, chaux-copeaux, terre-paille, palettes...).
  La construction d'une maison bois et paille est prévue... Mais nous n'avons pas encore de temps pour ça.
  
  Nous n'habitons pas encore sur la ferme, la maison est en cours de construction... Je (Yohan) je suis là la journée, Maya de temps en temps. Nous louons une maison à 15 minutes de là. Vous devrez donc être autonome pour la soirée.
  
  Hébergement en caravane (chauffée l'hiver), avec électricité, eau du réseau à côté, eau de source pour boire. Tente possible suivant la période...
  Internet via modem 4G-wifi.
  Toilette sèche.
  Dans la maisonnette en pierre (35m²) il y a une douche et une cuisine commune.
  
  Il y a une assez grande quantité de livres ici, je peux enseigner ou donner un aperçu à propos de pleins de manière alternatives de se nourrir, se soigner, de construire, produire de l'énergie, cultiver la terre et les plantes (écologie, agronomie...) ; aussi à propos de la spiritualité, la communication...
  J'ai un Djembé, un Hang , deux ravvast et une Clarinette qui veulent être joué...
