We’re Joe and Leah, an easygoing, travel-loving couple who thrive on meeting new people and sharing experiences. We’ve both spent a lot of time exploring the world, with Leah traveling through Central and South America while working in hostels and cafes, and Joe exploring Asia, volunteering at a turtle sanctuary. Every adventure has fueled our love for connecting with people, hearing their stories, and learning about new cultures.

Professionally, Joe brings experience in relationship-building, and communication. Leah has a background in digital marketing, specializing in creative strategy, content, and helping brands connect authentically with their audiences.

We’re reliable, enthusiastic, and happy to hop in wherever help is needed, whether it’s hands-on work, guest support, tour guiding, supporting daily operations, or being creative.

When we’re not working, you’ll find us cooking and sharing meals, listening to live music, hiking, camping, or just spending time outdoors. Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds and adapting to new situations and environments. Also has hands-on skills and an interest in construction, gardening, and practical, physical work, including experience working at a busy snack shack on a state park beach.

Leah: Background in digital marketing and former owner of an adventure tour company, combining an entrepreneurial mindset with creativity and strong organizational skills. She has experience managing clients at fast-paced digital marketing agencies, along with bartending, barista, and craft beer expertise, and marketing and event planning for nonprofits, bringing people-focused skills to both service and mission-driven roles.

We’re comfortable with physical work, daily operations, and tech or admin support, and we’re reliable, adaptable, and focused on helping create welcoming, smooth experiences for guests, visitors, and teams.
