Hello my name is Kim

I come from Berlin where I just finished my graduation. From october on I would like to travel to earn new experiences. I am interessted to see south Asia and Africa. I would love to be able to have a good impact and work with people or animals. I am interessted in NGOs but I could also imagine working on a farm to get closer to nature as I've spend my whole life living in a big city.

I've went to school in Canada for 10 months so I allrady have some experience in traveling and adapting to new living situations. In Berlin I volunteer for the church where I go on trips with kids from 6 to 14. During that I learned how to organize and host games and programs but also how to cook for big groups.

I really want to get out in the world and learn about myself but also about all the beautifull things that have yet been hidden from me.

I have some experience in working with kids through my former volunteering projects with my church. I accompanied trips from 2-7 seven days with kids from 6-14 years where my tasks differed from helping little kids get ready for bed to being part of programs or helping kids to craft. During these trips I was also involved with the organization or helped out cooking for up to 100 people.

In my freetime I also like to boulder and climb or do gymnastics but I am also interessted in doing arts. So over all I am open to physical activity and I am not scared of getting my hands dirty.

The time I spend on Younes farm was really beautiful. He had so much passion and knowledge for his work and the nature that it was impossible to not learn an appreciation for that as well. We realy had a big pleasure to have Kim in the farm. She is very hardworking, and takes initiatives to help in the farm. She loves the animals and our kitten were very lucky.

We enjoyed Kim's company and help at the project a lot. She is a committed, curious, friendly, and calm person and always ready to help. I've had an exceptional time at the place of Linde and Said. I stayed with them 11 days and throughout that time I was allowed to really get a glimpse into their life.
