My name's Jono and I'm a Teacher from Australia.

Travelling has been central to my life; I especially enjoy the exchange of experiences, perspectives and cultures - in addition to language - with people from other countries. I also have a passion for learning and really enjoy encouraging others to share my passion. I’m an inquisitive and thoughtful person; with humility and a sense of humor. I have a wealth of life and work experience for a 35-year-old; along with numerous hobbies and interests: including sports, food, society, animals and nature.

I'm an international teacher from Australia and I've lived in 5 other countries: China, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Ireland and Mexico; where I am currently living and working.

My current position in Chiapas is due to finish in July, and then I'm moving to Monterrey to begin a new job the following month.

I'm open to a 2-4 week Workaway arrangement anywhere in Mexico between Chiapas and Nuevo Leon during the summer.

I've previously been a Workawayer in County Waterford in Ireland and San Cristobal de las Casas in Mexico.

I'm an easy going and honest gent; reliable and hard-working, with lots of work and life experience.
