Hi there! I'm Jente :)
A happy and motivated person who loves to work in the outdoors. In my homecountry I try to do this by cultivating some greens on my balcony (however sometimes unsuccessfully I fear). Other than that I study medicine and enjoy talking to patients but also people in general, to get to know other cultures and ways of life. I've previously traveled through Europe by train, but this will be my first time in New Zealand, so I'm very keen on learning more about the Kiwi life.
Lastly I play music a lot, mostly saxophone but also some piano and guitar. Playing with other people is my absolute favorite thing to do. It's very cliche, but music truely connects everyone.

Since I was young I've always enjoyed learning different languages and then also learning more about the cultures that belong to it. That's why I chose a bilingual program (Dutch-English) for my highschool and also chose to do Goethe German (C1). Right now I am mostly trying to study Spanish.

I have owned a vegetable garden for a couple of years (although this is with varying success), but I have read a lot about them. I'll be glad to learn more about gardening or just help around outside. Painting walls is something I've done before and could do on my own. Next to that I have a job petsitting animals (mostly cats and dogs) for the past 4 years and have also babysat children from the age of 5 to 12.
I can cook for bigger groups (or just your family) as well, since I have cooked for companies of over 80 people (with some help).
Teaching is also a passion of mine, mostly chemistry but I've taught highschoolers other subjects as well if your kids need some help with classes :)

I absolutely adore all pets and have horse riding experience, so would love to take care of those. Other than that I also read a lot in the quiet moments.
