Description

We are Jannika (18) and Sophia (19) and just graduated high school in Berlin, Germany. After school, we wanted to work and travel in Canada to experience new things and learn about new cultures. We are open to trying and helping with different things. Since we both own pets and love animals in general, we would also like having them around and taking care of them. Being interested in cultural exchange, we are happy to spend time with our hosts and seeing as much as possible of the surrounding areas.

We are both fluent in German and English and Jannika can speak a little bit of French. Also, we both have a drivers license. As we are fast learners we are open for any chores and projects as well as learning new skills. We have a little experience in taking care of dogs, cats and horses and Jannika has worked as a babysitter before. Additionally, we are happy to cook, clean and help with any tasks outdoors.

What else ...

We love playing board games, watching movies, reading and going for walks outside. If possible, we are also interested in improving our riding skills. Jannika also likes sports (for example skiing), music (singing and playing instruments) and would like to study medicine after her travels. I enjoy baking and singing, am interested in arts and am planning on becoming a neurobiologist in the future. We are very social people and would enjoy spending time with our hosts as well as exploring the surroundings.

We had a great time with Sophia & Jannika. We enjoyed their stay here and getting to know them. They love to sing and we loved hearing them sing! They helped out with whatever the jobs were that came up and did a great job. We enjoyed many good times and good meals together with Sophia & Jannika. They are welcome back any time.
