Hey :) I'm Janina and I'm 24 years old. I just finished my bachelor in „social work“. Now I wanna take some time to travel again. I LOVE animals and spending time in nature.

I love to see new places and countries. I think it‘s very interesting to learn about new cultures and habits. What I like about workaway is that you can travel spontaniously and that is very exciting for me! I am also interested in meeting new people!

I don‘t have high standarts about the work but I love to work with animals especially with dogs. Since I started traveling I did olive picking, gardening, painting... My favorite work was in a dogshelter, where I went 6 times already. I also enjoyed a lot taking care of the animals at a farm. I learned milking goats, making cheese, fixing fences, take the animals out... I'm also interested in learning more about plants and gardening.

My stay with Lisa and Bruno was an amazing experience! They were very welcoming and caring. I felt comfortable living with them and I really enjoyed the place in general. The animals there are all amazing and it’s so quiet and peaceful on the property.

A very polite and nice girl.
Always available to help me in the garden and with painting and decoration works. Janina is very good at drawing, she painted for me some pictures depicting the Ionian coast of Sicily.

I was at Daniels place for two weeks. He has an amazing huge garden with many exotic plants. I worked in the garden and also painted a lot. He is a very kind, open and easy going person and he is a great cook. Thank you for everything!

I planned to stay in the shelter for one month but it was so hard for me to leave and I decided to stay longer. In the end i stayed 2 months with Franco and Nelly.
