Description

We're Jacob and Freya, a laid-back and super friendly couple! Jacob is Irish, Freya is from England, and we have a small house in the County Wexford in Ireland where we spend most of our year.

We are total travel bugs, and have spent most of our adult lives travelling and living abroad. We are both passionate about experiencing culture and learning about different ways of life all over the globe. We have lived across Europe and also in South America.

Freya is a translator and talented linguist who speaks Spanish, German and French alongside her native English. She is always excited to learn new languages! Jacob is a tour guide in Ireland with a passion for history, folklore, art and culture. Formerly, Jacob spent around 8 years working as a chef in many high-end restaurants across the UK and Ireland.

We are both huge animal lovers and really enjoy the outdoors and anything nature related. We are caring and open-minded people who approach everyone we meet with kindness. We appreciate the things that make all humans different, whilst also admiring all our human similarities!

Jacob is a talented teacher, writer and a historian back in Ireland. He also used to be a chef and is fantastic at cooking, baking and generally working with food. He has some basic handyman skills.

Freya is a talented linguist. She is great at teaching or learning languages. Freya has also worked extensively in hospitality and is a skilled server and barista. Freya is also a talented teacher.
