Hi there! We’re Danielle and Joe — a friendly, trustworthy couple from near Cambridge, England. After spending our lives in the UK (with a memorable six months travelling through the world (spending a month in New Zealand in our twenties), we’re embracing a new adventure: exploring more of the world and experiencing the opportunity to work and live in New Zeland.

A little more about us…

We’re both 35 and have been together for 16 years (married for 4). Recently, we took a leap of faith — leaving our jobs to live our dream of travelling and experiencing life in new parts of the world.

Danielle previously worked as a Nutritional Practitioner supporting people in making healthy lifestyle changes, while Joe worked in Finance. Together, we bring a balance of organisation, empathy, and responsibility — plus a shared love of travel and adventure.

When we’re not travelling or spending time with family (we’re lucky to have six siblings and a growing number of nieces and nephews!), you’ll find us enjoying the outdoors, reading, or keeping active.

We’d love the opportunity to work whilst we're travelling, so we can experience new environments and ways of living.

We're hard working and conscientious people, with a keen desire to learn. Our working backgrounds are in more knowledge based vocations (Joe in Finance and Danielle in science, health & nutrition), rather than having a set practical skill. That said, we've been homeowners in the UK for the last 12 years, so we are very familiar with maintaining a property and garden, as well as things like cooking and many other household skills.

We're both very open minded about turning our hands to trying new things and learning new skills. We have a logical and practical approach to the work we do.

What else ...

We're both very keen travellers and have lots of hobbies, interests and a desire for adventure! We are both very interested in health and wellbeing, and personal development. We love reading, hiking, getting out into nature, yoga, meditation, running, just to name a few things. We have also recently brought our first campervan whilst in New Zealand. It's something we've dreamed of doing for a number of years now, so we're excited to have the freedom to travel, work and live in new places.
