My name is Ivan, and I’m an enthusiastic volunteer from Italy! I’m 21 years old, passionate about learning new cultures and traditions. But what truly brings me here is the endless opportunity to grow, connect, and explore the world through meaningful experiences.
I’m here to learn, help, and become a better version of myself along the way. I’m a good communicator, a fast learner, and above all, a respectful and reliable person. I truly believe that every place and every person has something valuable to teach, and I can’t wait to meet you and be part of your project.
Last month I had my first workaway experience in Egypt, where I volunteered at a cat shelter for about 3 weeks. I look forward to travel again soon.

I’m a university student passionate about international relations and law. I’m a native Italian speaker and fluent in English. I would like to improve my Spanish skills as well.
Three years ago I took part in a cultural exchange program and lived in the United States for 10 months while attending high school. It was my first time far from home, and that experience taught me how to take care of myself, adapt to new environments, and show gratitude and respect to those around me.

During my last volunteering experience I worked in a cat shelter in Egypt and took care of over 30 cats and kittens. My tasks consisted in feeding the cats, watching out for signs of disease, deep cleaning of the shelter, carefully cleaning the kittens’ eyes and medicating a few of them in need.

I would love to help you in any way I can and learn new skills in the process. Here are some of the tasks I can do, and I’m always eager to grow this list as I gain more experience:
- Housekeeping and maintaining clean shared spaces (bathrooms, kitchens, etc.)
- Welcoming and assisting guests
- Taking care of dogs and cats
- Helping others practice Italian or English
- Working collaboratively in a team
- Photography and basic content creation

I’m a good listener, respectful of rules, and committed to doing my best in any task I’m given. I look forward to contributing to your project and learning alongside you.
