  • More details about your skills

Isla: As I have studied fine arts my degree has been very hands on. Practical work and a lot of restoring spaces to how they once were (gallery’s) I’ve worked as an assistant for a couple different studios. As im from New Zealand I am good outside and content with boring methodical jobs. I am very creative so a lot of my free time will be spent making.

I definitely see myself as in a learning stage of my life. Willing to absorb as much information and apply myself however i need to.

Jack: My first job was as a surfing instructor, which I worked my way from an assistant to a International Surfing Association (ISA) qualified instructor. As such I developed skills for safely teaching and communicating with large groups of both adults and children in challenging situations. I have refined these skills during my time as a Bicycle tour guide in Wellington, educating international groups on national, regional and local history and sites. I also have a keen passion for creating, having completed my studies in Fine Arts. I enjoy making performance, poetry, music, paintings and taking photos and videos. I have a passion for working with my hands, having been employed as a Bicycle mechanic for 4 years , I also enjoy woodworking and gardening. I currently hold a Red Cross NZ Essential First Aid Certificate (valid till 30/09/26)

  • Age

    23 & 22

  • What else ...

Isla: I am quite extraverted. But need alone time, I am very bubbly tho and love to talk about almost anything as long as the other person is interested. I can’t play any instruments but I’m from a very musical family so music is very important to me too.

Jack: I have a keen sense for detail and processes. I aim to refine my skills into productive and efficient systems. As such I find myself diving deeply into that which I am doing, be it art, surfing, bicycles or people - it is with passion that I undertake my life in order to never ‘work’ a day in my life.
