Description
We are Inés and Miguel, a Spanish couple passionate about movement, nature and personal growth.
We are currently exploring a lifestyle that allows us to slow down, reconnect with ourselves and live more consciously. After working in Lapland during the winter season, we are now looking for a new adventure outside Europe where we can immerse ourselves in a different culture and way of life.
We love being active and spending time outdoors. Climbing, training and exploring nature are essential parts of our daily life, but we are also deeply interested in mental well-being, meditation and learning from new environments and people.
Inés has a strong background in sports, co-founding and managing a rhythmic gymnastics club.
Although she has moved on, that experience shaped her discipline and sense of responsibility.
She has studied Psychology, reflecting her interest in people and emotional well-being.
Organized, empathetic and proactive, she enjoys meaningful connections and contributing positively.
Miguel is a certified Wim Hof Method instructor who works with breathing, mindset, and mental training, helping others improve their well-being and resilience. He feels especially at home in environments that involve movement, challenge, and exploration, and has extensive volunteering experience, including work in the Sahrawi refugee camps and in El Salvador. He is not afraid of stepping out of his comfort zone, adapts easily to new environments, and brings positive energy while remaining responsible and fully committed to any project he is part of.
We are really excited about this next chapter and open to new experiences that allow us to grow, contribute and live in a more conscious and connected way.
