Hi! My name is Henrique. I’m a traveler from Brazil who are living in Italy and I'm trying to explore new places, meet people from different countries, and talk about their cultures and experiences. I’m a hardworking and adaptable person, always ready to help.

I have professional experience as a waiter, kitchen helper, handyman and in IT but I’m always open to learning new skills. I live alone since i was 18, so I'm used to doing all the housekeeping / cleaning and know how to deal with daily basis tasks. I enjoy cooking and trying new types of food. Would be amazing to learn the traditional food from different countries! I also love playing guitar and singing—I used to perform in bars and events. Additionally, I’m passionate about learning new languages and want to improve my English, Italian an Spanish as well.

I believe volunteering is the best way to connect with others, share experiences, and meet amazing people.

I graduated and worked in IT and have strong general knowledge of networks, software's etc.
In my previous workaway experiences, I worked with wood, construction, and furniture renovation. Also worked at a resort so I have experience with housekeeping and related tasks.
In my lasts professional experiences I worked in restaurants as a dishwasher, waiter and kitchen helper, so I know how to work in this environment.
I like to be in a clean and organized environment. I am very attentive to details.
I have strong soft skills, which I have developed through my previous work experiences. I've always been the guy to "put out fires".
I love animals and have always had pets by my side at home.
