I’m Amer I grew up in the western region of Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 and earned my degree in Aircraft Engineering ✈️ in 2022. For the past three years, I’ve been working as a ground dispatcher at the airport 🛬, keeping things running smoothly on the ground.

I’m an open-minded soul 🌍 with a deep curiosity about existence and the world around me. I love discovering new places 🗺️, exploring nature 🌿, and diving into different cultures and ways of life 🫱🏽‍🫲🏻.

During my time at university 🎓, I embarked on a dual journey of education and hands-on work diving into the vibrant world of retail 🛍️. Balancing studies with a part-time gig, I embraced the hustle 💼, learned on the go, and gained invaluable experience every step of the way 💡.

Since then, my journey through the fast-paced retail world has been nothing short of transformative 🌟 from lively restaurants 🍽️ and cozy cafés ☕ to buzzing markets, I’ve handled it all with energy and passion. I’ve been the go-to person for customer support 💬, needs assessment, post-sales help, and turning complaints into positive outcomes ✅.

Beyond that, I’ve also had fun planning events 🎉, solving problems on the spot, and creating a warm, welcoming vibe for both visitors and teammates 🙌🏽. Conflict resolution? No problem I’ve always worked to keep things smooth and uplifting 🕊️.

One of my proudest moments? Being selected as a volunteer for the World Cup 🏆 an unforgettable experience that left a lasting mark on me.
