Hi everyone! My name is Hannah, and I'm a 26 year old engineer/physicist from the Netherlands. Although from that I might sound quite tech-nerdy, I'm a very enthusiastic and open person, who loves new experiences. I've lived in Denmark for a few years, travelled most of Europe, and am now almost a year into a trip around different parts of Asia. I've always found volunteering to be an amazing way to meet new people, share stories, and connect better to the local culture. That's also why I've enjoyed doing different volunteer projects during my travels, doing art, renovations, work in hospitality, and other fields. Back home I'd also enjoy helping out with organising events, and different kinds of teaching.
I like to travel quite spontaneously. I enjoy camping and hiking, touring with my motorbike, most nature related things, and although not an expert, I am a big fan of street food cuisine sampling.
I have a rather long list of hobbies and interests that I could name, but it's probably more relevant to summarize myself as: I'm very creative and handy, I learn quickly, and I love the challenge of discovering new skills!

-Skills: I'm good with working with my hands, so I'm typically the person that gets asked to fix things around the house or help move. More creatively, I paint and draw, and have done all kinds of DIY projects including small house renovations and wood working. I'm also good with digital things; I know how to code, create programs, and do graphics design. Aside from that I've done different forms of house and pet sitting, so I know how to take care of a home and different animals.
I enjoy living and working with other people. I've lived in community spaces and/or with roommates, and worked on many different collaborative projects.
