Hello! I'm Giulio, a passionate traveler and hands-on learner currently beginning my first journey to Mexico and Central America. I'm here to connect with the land, the people, and the traditions — especially those rooted in farming, foraging, cuisine, and working with animals.
I am a curious and socially active guy. I am from Italy, from a beautiful place in Piedmont next to Lago Maggiore.
What brings me joy is connecting with people and learn from them.
While I may be new to Central America, I bring with me an open mind, a strong work ethic, and a deep respect for nature, culture, and community.

I have years of experience as a cook, since this is my profession. I do have some abilities in farming and foraging; it's always been a family thing. I enjoy language exchange as I spent many years living abroad, precisely in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

I have different kinds of hobbies, such as reading books, playing board games or cards, and sometimes playing some video games with friends.
I like to do sports, in the winter I enjoy doing snowboarding, while in the summer some mountain biking.
I like swimming, and I would like to improve my surfing.
