What motivates me is HAPPY, positive people. I enjoy working hard and long hours with energetic people who have a sense for life and respect for others. Often, I'm asked, "Why are you always smiling?". The answer is simple, I enjoy helping others in need, Life is good and I consider myself very lucky and very fortunate to be where i am today. I've worked in Africa for 11 years as a project manager/supervisor, building hospitals and schools. I know all about hardships and living off-grid. I'm skilled at carpentry, working a chainsaw, and heavy machinery (skid steer, grade all, forklift, ext.) I also have experience with horses and riding. I have learned with the Irwin horsemanship method but would love to learn more about ranching and the cowboy way of life.

I have been in the construction industry for over 40 years. I have worked/volunteered in Africa for 11 years building and renovating hospitals and schools for Canadian missions. I have volunteered for an organization called W.E.T.R.A. ( Windsor Essex Therapeutic riding association). Owned and cared for a horse. Taken lessons in the discipline of western dressage.
