Hi, I’m Finn, a 19-year-old traveler from Heidelberg, Germany, currently doing Work & Travel in Australia.

I’m using Workaway to meet new people, step out of my comfort zone, and gain real hands-on experience while exploring the country. I enjoy learning new skills and adapting quickly to different environments.

I have experience in hospitality (waitering) as well as hands-on work like painting, setting up spaces, and general manual tasks. I’m physically fit, not afraid of hard work, and happy to help with gardening, cleaning, or anything that needs to be done. I’m reliable and take responsibility for my tasks.

As a person, I’m more on the calm side but open-minded and social once I get to know people. I enjoy working both independently and in a team.

In my free time, I like photography, hiking, traveling, drawing, sports, and music. I also have a driver’s license, which makes me flexible if needed.

I’m looking forward to contributing, learning, and being part of a positive and easygoing environment.

I have experience in both hospitality and hands-on work.

I worked in a café and a high-end restaurant, where I handled taking orders, table service, running food, and working with customers in a fast-paced environment. This taught me to stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep a professional attitude even during busy shifts.

In addition, I have practical experience with manual work such as painting, basic renovations, moving, setting up spaces, and simple repairs. I am used to physical work over longer periods and don’t mind getting my hands dirty.

I can also help with general gardening tasks like mowing lawns, weeding, and basic outdoor maintenance, as well as cleaning tasks both in private homes and in hospitality settings.

I am physically fit, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. I speak German as my native language and English fluently.

Additionally, I enjoy cooking and have skills in photography, which I can contribute if needed :)
