• Gastronomía Internacional: Trabajé como Sous Chef en Whistler, Canadá, gestionando cocinas en uno de los destinos de montaña más exigentes del mundo. Domino la logística gastronómica en climas fríos y alta demanda.
• Alta Montaña y Terreno Técnico: He estado en volcanes icónicos como el Parinacota, Villarrica, Tolhuaca, Sollipulli, Sierra Nevada y Lonquimay. Conozco de cerca la geografía andina y la seguridad que requiere.

Cada mes lidero acciones de limpieza de basura en entornos naturales. Creo firmemente en un turismo que educa y regenera.
Mi Meta para este Invierno:
