Hello !

Before giving you more details about us, it seemed important to us to give you a general introduction to who we are :

As far as I'm concerned,
• My name is Emma, I am 24 years old and the eldest of a family of 3 children.
• I’m also the girlfriend of Adrien, whose profile you will discover just after!
• Finally, as I’m a nature and animal lover, I naturally decided to study agronomy engineering in connection with the environment and our current challenges.

Now that you know the broad outlines of who I am, it will be easier to answer the following question : what motivates me and makes me happy ?

What MOTIVATES me:
- Understanding. I love understanding everything, down to the smallest detail. This allows me to make sense of what I do and move forward.
- Learning. I love learning new things.
- Helping others . Being helpful and being useful particularly motivate me!
- Doing good. This may seem "light". For me, it’s essential and in line with my values. I love doing things well, correctly and conscientiously ; but also, doing good for others by making them happy, listening to them or even soothing them. This gives me a sense of well-being.. It's an exchange.
o A little anecdote : my nicknames are “delicacy”, “Tinker-bell” or “ Apaisyl ” (a smoothing cream against mosquito itching, in France)
- Trust granted me. When someone places their trust in me, I will do my best to meet their expectations (within acceptable limits, of course! )

The last two points echo what makes me HAPPY:
- Doing good and feeling gratitude when someone trust me
- Being outdoors, in contact with nature
- Animals !
- Soft, calm and caring environments
- Smiles
- The simple things

My name is Adrien !
What motivates me is to have lots of projects and to carry them out !
Among all my projects there is one that is very close to my heart : it is the project to experience 1 year in Australia to learn various professions !
I want to get out of my comfort zone and learn to work with my hands ! I have always loved agriculture and that is why I am now an agronomic engineer. I would like to discover agriculture through other spectrums than big scale farming, I would like to discover sustainable agriculture through this type of framework. All the knowledge that I will be able to learn from you, will allow me to make better choices in my everyday life in the future. Through this trip I want to meet amazing people who will inspire me and who will change my way of seeing the world.
To answer more precisely the question and what can bring me happiness : What brings me my happiness is first of all the co-construction of a sweet and sincere life together with Emma, then it is my major points of interest which are creativity (music, painting …), rock climbing in nature and multiplayer boardgames.

What else ...

Emma :
" - I’m passionate about horses, the animal itself and the relationship with humans. Currently, I’m self-training to learn more about them with my coach, my meetings, the horse I take care of, books and videos (example : Andy Booth webinar). I want to deepen my knowledge of this fascinating universe : natural behaviors, ethology, breaking in/learning, horse working on foot,… Finally, becoming a real horsewoman !
- I want to discover new facets of the world : from lifestyle to agricultural practices to understanding each other's experiences. I really want to learn from each encounter on our trip.
- "Anxious" by nature, let's say it, I want to learn to settle down and become aware of my daily life.
- In general and due to my background, I take longer than the majority to do somethings. I wanted to specify it because this is one of my characteristics. But, don't worry: I do things well, at my own pace.
- We will be able to share mutually on subjects that I like, such as horses, animals, the environment, my mother tongue (French), … And, exchange on new subjects ! "

Adrien :

A LITTLE WORD ABOUT ...
A little word about my lover, Adrien, and our relationship :
On many issues, we are different. This difference is our richness. Since the beginning of our long way together, we have evolved individually and together. We learn a lot from each other. Our leitmotif: 1 + 1 = 3 (the two of us and our added value together). If I live with Adrien and go to the other side of the world by his side, it's because he’s really great my Adrien! He listens and understands even what he doesn’t know or doesn’t realize/aware of. And many of my entourage know that it is essential for me.

A little word about Emma: She's the most incredible woman I know, always invested, always smiling, always sweet and sincere, ready to do anything to help others. Rubbing shoulders with Emma is rubbing shoulders with a sun that constantly offers its rays of happiness.
