Silvio is very generous and welcoming, he cooked wonderful local dishes for us, taught us how to make bread and how to savour the most authentic local cuisine. This is a great experience for anyone who is interested in teaching English as a second language. In the period we were there, holiday camps were running, so the classes were every week day, plus there were study groups in the WE. The pupils were very active and curious, so one needed to tap into all creative resources to find activities and games… read more
