I am an artist and journalist from NYC, who loves nature and connecting with others. I want to build a life/career with sustainable agriculture, design, and construction; to help create and return to a different, just, loving relationship with the Earth. I am a steady worker, eager to learn about spirituality, science, and culture. I studied Spanish in school for 4 years, and I want to practice listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

I want to practice and improve my Spanish; it's one of the main reasons I chose to do Workaway in South America. I don't have previous experience teaching English, but I have a good understanding of the language and can help explain things or have conversations. Quiero practicar y mejorar mi español; es una de las principales razones por las que elegí hacer Workaway en Sudamérica. No tengo experienaca enseñando inglés, pero domino bien el idioma y puedo ayudar explicando cosas o teniendo conversaciónes.

I speak English and am learning Spanish. I work hard and learn quickly. I am a journalist, musician, and visual artist. I worked on a conservation crew, and can use tools like loppers, hand saws, hazel hoe, mattock, etc. I also volunteer at community gardens and a composting site, and run a private tutoring practice where I teach math and creative writing skills to middle schoolers. I can help with whatever is needed!
