Hi, I'm Eddy from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. As a life coach, solo motorcycle adventurist, writer and story teller I'm passionate about exploring countries, continents and cultures. I love meeting people all around the world, sharing experiences, spending great time with people I meet along the road and having moments just being alone, enjoying the beauty of this world. I am about to leave Amsterdam for a 3,5 months journey to West-Africa during June, July, August and two weeks of September 2026.

More details about my language interests
I wasn't an A-grade student at school, but after working for English and French headquartered companies and traveling a lot, I'm speaking and understanding English, German very well. I can understand and speak French fair enough after some days of practicing it. Since I have a talent for explaining and teaching I will be able to teach languages to beginners at a basis level.

As a writer and content creator communicational skills are pretty well developed. As a coach I can be a good listener too. After finishing a Master in business logisitics and economics, I have been working as a business consultant, project manager and as a sales executive for many years. I have published three novels and numerous short stories. My last adventures I published on YouTube: Breaking Out to the Balcans and Breaking Out to Mount Ararat. I learned to create content by making footage with GoPro, Insta360 and my DJI Mini 3 Pro drone. Further I'm experienced in giving workshops, interviewing and publishing.

I love to play the piano and listen to romantic, classical music. I can play chess and I am learing every day about motorcycle maintenance. Making footage is another hobby that I'm developing since a couple of years. As a father of 3 daughers and 1 son, who are grown up in the mean time, I have experience in dealing with kids from birth to adolescense.
