Hello potential host! Thank you for stopping by my profile and here is some information about me:

I am Canadian and looking to travel as a workawayer within Canada to start. It's important for me to connect with people, land and nature in synchronous and meaningful ways that mirror and shape growth and expansion for all involved.

Helping others in whatever capacity I can share my knowledge, skills and experience is what feels right for me. My volunteer activities have led me to work in different settings including but not limited to: schools (teaching and leading activities); a garden program and a food collaborative (administrative work) and at a not-for-profit that helps vulnerable sectors of society (workshop leader).

I love gardening and have enjoyed organic vegetable gardening as part of a garden program in my city. You just keep growing no matter what you do.

Artistic pursuits are something that I have done my entire life with all types of media. I think this is also why I love to cook and spend time in the garden...it's all artistic expression.

Additionally, I have a very inquisitive nature and would love to learn new skills in carpentry and restoration, animal welfare and ecology if you are willing to teach me. I see learning as a mutualistic exchange where everyone benefits from the experience. :-)

Okay, what else? Oh, yes, I have either worked, traveled or both in Europe, Asia and the Middle East though not as much in Canada as yet and I hope to change this in 2026.

Currently I am seeking new adventures/opportunities where I can lend a helping hand. Maybe it will be with you if anything I’ve stated resonates with you. I look forward to hearing from you!

I have an eclectic variety of skills which includes:
*Teaching/Instruction- *see above
*Administration-I am also trained in and performed clerical and HR work
*Gardening-I've been a member of an organic gardening program for 3 years now which has been wonderful growing my own food
*Baker-I have done freelance work as a baker-a favourite hobby of mine
*Cooking-I've enjoyed preparing food for those I care about and as a side gig
*Art- Creating artwork has always been a part of my life whether it be painting, drawing or crafts
*Music- I can still read notes but my playing guitar and piano are rather rusty now but could be revived given the right conditions ;-)
*Cleaning and organizing- I appreciate clean lines and surfaces in rooms and will declutter just for fun (I know, very nerdy)
