Hello!

My name is Danny, I come from the UK and I have done workaways / couch-surfing in Europe and Asia and i am looking to travel more to learn about the beautiful world we live in! I am particularly motivated to travel Spanish speaking countries as i would love to improve my Spanish whilst teaching others English.

I am someone who is very respectful and easy going, and I get along with people from all different ways of life - this is why i love to travel. I love to speak with people with completely different political, religious and spiritual views to mine, and i believe the best way of learning is to remain completely open minded to all kinds of opinions without harsh judgement (which has become very common).

I have many hobbies, i firstly love to be in nature and i wild camp a lot in the UK. I also am very big into music, I play the guitar, and i DJ as well. I also love to play sports like table tennis, pool / snooker and swimming. But mainly, i love to experience other peoples hobbies and try new things (recently started surfing!).

I really enjoy gardening and would like to learn more about permaculture. Also i would love to improve my skills in Construction / DIY, to gain the knowledge i will need for my own project one day. However, i live my life with a genetic joint condition that makes it hard for me to do very physically demanding tasks. I generally work using computers (boring..) so i am also able to help out with online things when needed. importantly, i love to learn almost any skill, digital or physical, and i am very flexible so can help with whatever needs doing at the time.

I am very allergic to cats unfortunately, so i am unable to stay in rooms where a cat frequently goes into, but i can happily be around them outside.

Very keen to improve my Spanish and teach people English at the same time. I would like to use the Cross talk method which benefits both of us. the cross talk method is where each person speaks their native language (i will speak English, you will speak Spanish) and we can each learn vocabulary and become more confident at understanding each-others language, whilst having a fluid and interesting conversation!
