I am an 18-year-old Japanese student, currently taking a gap year . My greatest motivation for traveling is meeting people with different values and cultures, growing through new experiences, and expanding my own world. I am a very curious person and love learning from everyday life in various places.

I am originally from Kagoshima, a southern part of Japan, famous for its volcanoes and hot springs on Sakurajima.

I really enjoy spending time with children and connecting with people of different ages. Since I’m also young (18 years old), I think children and teenagers can feel comfortable around me and talk to me easily.

As a student at The University of Tokyo, which is known for its competitive entrance exams, I can also help with studying and homework.

I’m friendly, open-minded, and responsible. I always try to be punctual, work seriously, and do any task carefully and sincerely. I’m healthy, active, and adaptable, and I enjoy becoming part of new environments and learning from different cultures.

I’d also be happy to share Japanese culture with hosts. If interested, I can introduce kimono culture, make Japanese tea, and cook Japanese food.
