Description

Hi, we're Chiara and Valentina, originally from Italy. Our friendships starts back in 2018, has been growing ever since and now we're excited to share this meaningful experience of volunteering together in Thailand.

Chiara over the years, has always been driven by a curiosity for other cultures and ways of life, which has led me to become something of a globe-trotter. I’ve studied and lived in Finland, China, and Germany, and for the past four years I’ve worked and lived in Berlin, in the marketing field.


We’re currently at a pivotal moment in our life: we’ve both quitted our corporate career to reconnect with ourselves, our values, and to reflect on what we want to pursue next. Over the coming months, we’ll be travelling across Asia, taking time for personal growth while also excited to giving back by contributing to the local communities we visit.

We both enjoy reading, staying active through hiking, and practising Pilates and yoga, and we’d love to contribute by bringing a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help wherever needed.

Chiara: I have professional experience in marketing (social media, managing campaigns, etc.) and project management, coordinating teams. As in soft skills, I am very collaborative and supportive and also know how to take the lead when necessary. I am able to work both independently and in team. I have been host of Airbnb apartments so I have some experience in guests hosting and I worked as an english teacher in a private english school in China with kids from 1 to 8 years old and. I also love to cook!
