I have spent 4 weeks volunteering in a primary school in Kerala, spent some time on the beautiful beaches of southern india and I am now in Goa visiting friends ✨️🫶

I come from a big extended family, they are my tribe and they are what brings me most happiness in life - just being with them, eating good food in the sunshine. I also love to have adventures - I have worked all over the world in yachting and what I loved about that was constantly meeting new people and learning about their lives. In work what motivates me is achieving job satisfaction. I love feeling like I have done something well and that I have been useful, whatever the task at hand is.

The work I have been doing falls into two categories: working with animals, children and vulnerable people providing care and development and working in high end hospitality providing five star customer service. I have a full driving license, qualifications in first aid and powerboat driving level 2, I can ride and care for horses and have extensive experience working on a farm with a range of animals. Working in yachting for several years also provided me with a great deal of experience working in professional and private housekeeping roles at a very high standard. My key skills are my organisation, communication and determination.

I love being outdoors and being on the water especially, I enjoy paddle boarding and swimming, I love to run and do yoga to keep fit and I love to hike and explore new places. Travelling is my passion throughout my life I have been lucky enough to travel for both work and pleasure. I cannot wait to explore more wonderful countries but this time through workaways.
