Hi, I’m Cecilia from Italy. I’m currently studying Political Science at university, and in my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends, going to the cinema or the theatre, and reading both books and newspapers.
I’ve always been a curious and open-minded person who likes to challenge herself through new experiences in order to learn, grow, and improve.
At the moment, I really want to improve my French because I love the language and the culture, and I believe it will also be very useful for my future. I’ve already taken a course in Brussels and another one at university, but now I feel that I need to practise the language in real life.
I’m looking forward to a truly immersive experience, and I’m ready to help, learn, and fully engage in this opportunity!

I have been a Scout for 10 years, which has allowed me to develop practical skills in trekking, camping, outdoor living, and teamwork.
I was also a student representative in high school, which gave me experience in organising events, managing different responsibilities, and communicating with adults.
Through study trips to London and Brussels, I gained experience of independent living in large international cities and had the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds and cultures.
I also volunteered as an Italian teacher for foreigners, which helped me develop a more multicultural mindset, and as a youth leader in summer camps for children.
