Hi! We are Rachel and Emmett, and we are traveling together!
I'm Emmett. I graduated college in 2025, and after working for a few months, I decided I wasn't ready to settle down in one spot. I have done multiple workaways, from volunteering on a farm, to working reception at a surf hostel, to leading pub crawls at a party hostel! I studied Spanish and Portuguese in school, and I have spent about 4-5 months in Central America. It is a lifelong dream to become fluent in Spanish, and I would say I am about intermediate.
Hello! My name is Rachel. I left school to pursue my passion for travelling, and I've been able to travel outside the US and do some volunteering/seasonal jobs in California, which was a dream of mine. Now I'm ready to go further and see as much as I can. I enjoy getting to experience other cultures that are different from mine: the language, food, and people. A goal of mine is to become proficient in another language and really immerse myself in a different culture.
Our next travel spot is Asia, and currently we are traveling through Japan. -

Emmett is a surfer, scuba diver, and has managed at a dive/surf shop. He speaks Spanish and loves interacting with people.
Rachel has managed a year round full vegetable garden, helped with volunteer firefighting, prescribed burns burn, and cooked for events with 50 people plus. She loves to cook!
We love to take on hard work, and we would love to contribute to your project in whatever way possible! -
