Hello! I'm Alex, 28 years old and I've lived and worked in the UK all my life but I'm ready to change that by breaking out of my routine to move to Canada and start an IEC visa. I really want to push myself to try new things, meet people from all different walks of life and and get out of my shell more as I'm a bit introverted by nature.
I'm a quick learner and always open minded to attempt something new (even if I'm not successful the first time around!)
My skills include; cooking, prepping, cleaning, writing, baking, basic gardening, painting, animal care, teaching and child care.
What brings me happiness is making a positive difference through community efforts. I believe that now more than ever, we need community to combat the isolation that comes with our daily lives and we can become our better selves through that.

I have 6 years of Customer Service experience, by working in the Retail sector. I am able to provide great customer service, handle queries, handling cash and learning POS systems.
Retail is also where I have developed my cleaning skills and multitasking, both very important for getting through any Retail job.

In turn, I also have 6 and a half years of cooking/baking experience under my belt. I was a prep cook for Girls Scout of West Central Florida and I help manage the Bakery team at my local store.

I'm very familiar with looking after dogs as I have taken care of two since childhood (both Jack Russell's if you can believe it!)
