Boike: I have 10 years of experience in hospitality, from washing dishes to arranging banquets rooms for eg. weddings. I have gained skills such as self-reliance, eager to learn, hard working. My family has had a greenhouse for years, and gardening is a passion i would love to nurture and learn more about. I am more than willing to help in the fields or gardens, help around the house, cooking; I would love to make a stamppot for you!
Carmen: By profession I was a Spanish teacher, but I am trying to go back to my roots and do something completely different. I grew up around a bit of land with rabbits, chickens, lots of fruit trees, and a big vegetable patch. It was a lifetime ago, but I am eager to refresh my memory and willing to do anything that needs doing. I’ve shoveled manure before, picked olives, helped with the harvest… willing to (re)learn to do whatever needs doing. I can also help around the house, cook Spanish food... Again, whatever needs doing. I’m doing this for the experience. *I only know how to drive automatic (US driving license).

We would love to play your board games too! Boike enjoys football and used to play when he was younger. Carmen has some knowledge of how to make preserves, as she made those when she was younger.
