Description
I'm a 21 year old from the north of Denmark having a gap year at the moment. I have been working as a waiter/receptionist and making creative projects these years to fund my journey to Japan in the spring of 2026.
I'm in general a smiling and cheerful guy who loves treating people around me with kindness. I'm always ready to help and I treat everyone with the same respect and kindness as I receive. We're a trusting people in Denmark and I very much like to have that great trust in others.
I really enjoy being creative. It's a free flowing energy in all of the things I make in my spare time. Since 14 years old I have painted on shoes and in spring 2025 I made my first cohesive collection of upcycled shoes, that I exhibited two different places. I enjoy the nature a lot and grew up on a land place in the more rural side of Denmark. Sports has always interested me and I have been playing football, handball, basketball etc. throughout my whole childhood.
I look forward to getting to know new people, a foreign culture, experiencing nature and much more! I'm diciplined in my work and wants to fulfil the expectations of the host as best as I can. My goal with the journey is to get to know your country through the work and in the time after work with own and shared activities.

I'm experienced in working with people in general. I have been a receptionist since 2022 while studying and also afterwards. In the late spring of 2025 I got new jobs as a waiter. I really enjoy serving others in a great manner and leaving people around me with a smile. I take accountability and I'm liable to doing my work in the best way possible.
I like the more physical types of work too. Whether it's gardening, chopping wood or something else - I'm in for it. I have helped my parents keeping our place and garden nice throughout my whole childhood - in a way that we and nature can coexist.
As general values I treat people with the same respect and kindness. I have high trust in others too and wants to do the proposed tasks properly.
I'm new to workaway but am looking forward to a nice first journey! -

I'm multi allergic but take the proper medicine. It's mostly pollen and dust mites but also horse, cat and other fury animals. But nothing that bad that it keeps me from doing anything. -
