Hello, I’m Becky. In my summer break from university I am visiting Canada and the US for the first time. I am spending most of my time volunteering in a Vet practice ( I am a Vet Student in the UK) and also taking the opportunity to travel a little. I would love to meet new people along the way and in my experience workaway is a great way of doing exactly that. I really enjoy outdoor work and I will try my hand at anything- everything is a learning opportunity.

I love animals and spending time in wild spaces and I would love to learn more about self-sufficiency and organic agriculture. I would also like to develop DIY and construction skills as I am quite a practical person and it would be great to know how to fix and build things. I am looking to forward to going on adventures and connecting with new people.

I speak French as my mother is French and a tiny amount of Spanish which I would love to improve, learn a new language from scratch. I enjoy cooking and I am always looking to learn new recipes and try new foods. I am a second year veterinary student -I love animals and have experience with large animals as well as cats and dogs.
I have a bit of experience and really enjoy doing DIY projects and gardening.
