Hello! My name is Baylee and I grew up in a small NH town but ran to the city straight out of high school. My friends have described me as a people pleasing, jack-of-all-trades, adrenaline junkie but I would just consider myself opportunistic. Throughout the years, I've been lucky enough to hold a wide variety of jobs from serving to manual labor to childcare. Other than helping others, I'm hoping this experience will help me further understand what brings me happiness.

Growing up in a small town, I’ve held a myriad of jobs. When I was 14, I started as a server where I developed my strong work ethic. For the next four years I strengthened my communication, organization, and multitasking skills. At the same restaurant, I filled in as a dishwasher when the need arose.
During this same period in my life, I was in a cooking club for two years, where I learned the basics of preparing food for large groups of people. Additionally, I was lucky enough to have been employed by the Town doing manual labor, such as shoveling and hauling gravel and doing landscaping.
I’ve also had the privilege to work on a schooner ship called the World Ocean School, which provided hands-on leadership and problem-solving experience. I supported peers and learned vital navigation and safety skills aboard the ship.
For the past 5 years I have worked many summer jobs such as housekeeping, scooping ice cream, and working at a sugar house where they make maple syrup. Currently, I am working as a child caregiver where I manage daily routines and support the children’s social, emotional, and physical development. I believe with all of my experience, I can contribute to any role presented to me or at the very least that I will learn quickly.
