Hello! We are Manuel and Ilaria and we're 30. We love travelling in contact with nature and experiencing other cultures: our project is to explore South America during at least one year and get in touch with its countries and cultures.
We aim to travel and visit the country but also to understand the way of living of this side of the world, which must be very different from the European style.

We've decided to do this now because of different reasons, which include recognising that life is more than just working and living always in the same place, there is much more to see and share - plus our common love for travelling and curiosity in general. We are both very open to experice new life styles and going out from our comfort zone.

Our ideal exchange would be to volunteer and receiving back some place where to sleep and food, as well as talking and having cultural exchange; we would be very happy to have a call
and talk about it (:

I (Manuel) worked as a gas station attendant in a service area, on a tobacco plantation and now I'm working in an engineering factory that produces household appliances. My hobbies are crossfit, playing soccer and playing drums and bass.
As a good Italian we know how to cook and I took a course in bread-making and pizza

I (Ilaria) worked as waitress for a long time, before and during university, after thatI started to work in offices and my last jon was related to international sales: I speak both english and spanish very well!
I love sports in general, I love music and cooking and I'd love to come home with new recepies from abroad!
