Hello, Bonjour!
My name is Aymeric, I’m 28 years old and really excited to discover a part of the Austrian Alps this winter. I usually work on the French or Swiss side, but this year I’d love to explore Austria!

Every summer time I work in Reykjavík, Iceland mostly as a bar manager in a big hostel, but I also enjoy taking on different kinds of jobs.
A few years ago, I did some WWOOFing, which I loved because it allowed me to share experiences and learn new skills (even though my English wasn’t as good back then, haha).

I’m really motivated to join a great place in Austria this winter to help out, meet new people, and of course, enjoy my passion: snowboarding!

I’m a native French speaker, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge of the French language. After spending a lot of time in Iceland, I’ve become fluent in English. I’m also learning more and more Spanish, which can be useful. Since I’m planning to go to Austria for the winter, I’ve also started learning some German.

I’ve worked in many different places. I studied management between 2013 and 2018. After that, I worked as a fruit and vegetable department manager in a grocery store before completely changing my life.

Since 2020, I’ve spent four winters in the Alps working as a waiter, bartender, night-shift receptionist, and cook. Every summer, I’ve been working in Iceland, mostly as a bar manager in a big hostel, but also as a waiter in different places and now as a lava melter for the Lava Show in Reykjavík.

I’m good at handy work as well as office jobs, and I always like to learn new skills.

I’m really curious about everything, I love to show and explain things, but also to learn and understand new ones.
I love to talk (maybe a bit too much sometimes!), but I always end up meeting people like me really chatty ones!
