(Actualizado) ¡Hola, soy Arwen! Actualmente tengo 20 años y soy mexicana🇲🇽. Me alegra actualizar esta información nuevamente, ya que hasta este punto he recogido muchas aventuras y quiero compartirte un poco de ellas. Soy una persona aventurera que siempre se pone reto, por eso tomé la decisión de viajar hace unos meses a diferentes lugares alrededor del mundo 🌎. Es la primera vez que realizo un viaje de este estilo, así que estoy muy entusiasmada. Costa Rica fue mi primer destino, después Chile, Uruguay, Italia y ahora Suiza. Elegí hacer esta serie de viajes para aprender, conocer y ayudar. Soy una persona que disfruta de las cosas sencillas, como estar rodeada de la gente que aprecio. Me encanta la lectura; ahora estoy leyendo un clásico francés. También me disfruta dibujar, etc. En general, aprender cosas nuevas. Workaway es un portal hacia nuevas enseñanzas que nos hacen cambiar como una mariposa durante su metamorfosis, y realmente me alegraría mucho tener la oportunidad de trabajar contigo💌.

(Updated) Hi, I'm Arwen! I'm currently 20 years old and I'm Mexican🇲🇽. I'm happy to update this information again, since I've had so many adventures so far and I want to share a little bit about them with you. I’m an adventurous person who’s always setting challenges for myself, which is why I decided a few months ago to travel to different places around the world 🌎. It’s my first time taking a trip like this, so I’m really excited. Costa Rica was my first destination, followed by Chile, Uruguay, Italy, and now Switzerland. I chose to go on this series of trips to learn, explore, and help others. I’m someone who enjoys the simple things in life, like being surrounded by the people I care about. I love reading; right now I’m reading a French classic. I also enjoy drawing, among other things. Overall, I love learning new things. Workaway is a gateway to new experiences that transform us, much like a butterfly during its metamorphosis, and I’d truly be delighted to have the opportunity to work with you💌.

He ido adquiriendo diversos conocimientos a lo largo de mi vida y, junto con las experiencias de voluntariado que he realizado durante estos últimos meses, ¡he aprendido muchísimo!. Soy una persona muy artística🎨; me encanta dibujar, pintar, modelar y hacer manualidades. Llevo muchos años dedicándome a ello e incluso he tenido la oportunidad de trabajar haciendo guiones gráficos para videoclips. Todavía tengo mucho que mejorar, pero me encantaría compartir lo que sé. Vengo de un pequeño pueblo en el sur de México, donde me acostumbré a trabajar en el campo, por lo que tengo conocimientos de agricultura 👩‍🌾, como siembra, preparación de tierra, compostaje, poda, cuidado de animales como gallinas y apoyo en la construcción de corrales, entre otras actividades. Incluso tengo experiencia en apicultura, ya que trabajé con abejas durante tres años 🐝 . Quizás haya pasado algún tiempo desde entonces, pero estoy segura de que me adaptaría rápidamente al trabajo con ellas. Además, sé bailar Son Jarocho, una música tradicional de la región de donde vengo, y cuento con conocimientos de oratoria. Durante estos meses de viaje he seguido ampliando mis habilidades y conocimientos, tanto en agricultura como en recepción, mantenimiento de hostales y limpieza. Soy una persona dispuesta a aprender de todo y a dar siempre lo mejor de mí. Soy muy respetuosa y me tomo mi trabajo en serio, pero también me gusta divertirme y conversar con las personas sobre sus experiencias de vida. La gente suele describirme como alguien muy enérgica, trabajadora y comprometida🤝.... .............................................………. I’ve been gaining a variety of knowledge throughout my life, and—along with the volunteer experiences I’ve had over the past few months—I’ve learned so much! I’m a very artistic person🎨; I love drawing, painting, sculpting, and doing crafts. I’ve been doing this for many years, and I’ve even had the opportunity to work on storyboards for music videos. I still have a lot to improve on, but I’d love to share what I know. I’m from a small town in southern Mexico, where I grew up working in the fields, so I have knowledge of agriculture 👩‍🌾—including planting, preparing the soil, composting, pruning, caring for animals like chickens, and helping build pens, among other activities. I even have experience in beekeeping, as I worked with bees for three years 🐝. It may have been a while since then, but I’m sure I’d quickly get back into the swing of things. In addition, I know how to dance Son Jarocho, a traditional dance from my home region, and I have public speaking skills. During these months of traveling, I’ve continued to expand my skills and knowledge in agriculture, as well as in front desk work, hostel maintenance, and housekeeping. I’m someone who’s eager to learn everything and always give my best. I’m very respectful and take my work seriously, but I also enjoy having fun and talking with people about their life experiences. People often describe me as someone who is very energetic, hardworking, and dedicated🤝.
