Description
Hello! I'm Aron, a cheerful and outgoing guy from the small university town of Uppsala in Sweden. I'm currently studying a course in the History of Ideas, which will be completed in January. After that, I plan to put away the textbooks for a while and escape the snowy north to explore Australia.
I truely believe that you can learn a lot in school and through reading, but there's no greater education than discovering new places, experiencing different cultures, and meeting new friends.
As mentioned earlier, I'm a social and easy-going person. Connecting with people from all walks of life brings me great joy. I carry a range of skills from previus jobs and travels, but my real passion lies in learning new things and trying out different ways of living.
My plan is to start the trip in february, and I hope our paths will cross somewhere along the way. I'd love to get to know you, and maybe share more about myself than this little description allows. -

More details about your skills
I'm currently a student of History while working at one of Swedens largest retail and tech companies. Balancing studies with a demanding job has taught me excellent time management and the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
I have solid technical skills and feel comfortable with computers and common software. My background includes roles as a receptionist, kitchen staff, and waiter-positions that sharpened my customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities in fast paced environments.
I volunteered for a week at a children's home in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia, and spend my summers as a youth leader at a summer camp for children aged 6-12. These experiences gave me practical skills in childcare, group leadership, activity planning, and working within an organisational structure.
I speak Swedish and English fluently and can offer some basic language lessons if that's of interest. Above all, my greatest strength is my enthusiasm for learning and acquiring new skills. I adapt quickly, take initiative, and welcome all kinds of tips and tricks on problem solving. I hope to contribute with my previus skills, and I’m happy to take on tasks I don’t yet recognize. The more new the challenge, the greater my excitement. -
